Pendley Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was founded in March of 1960 by Lawrence Ray Pendley with $500 and a 1957 Chevrolet truck. Mr. Pendley ran the business until January 1, 1975. The business was then turned over to his son, Lamar Pendley, and his son-in-law, Trenton Groce. Mr. Groce returned to Lockheed Aircraft Corporation in 1978, at which time Lamar Pendley became the sole owner and has run the business to present day.

Pendley is a charter member of the Certified Trane Comfort Specialist Program, meaning we have met the stringent qualification standards set forth by Trane and we are committed to being the best in every aspect of our business. Pendley HVAC also holds the Duct Envelope Tightening (DET) Verifier Certification. We have the equipment and training to test the tightness of your home and your duct system by doing a blower door test.
